Terms of Service

1. Using this store

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.

2. Products, prices and availability

• Product images are illustrative; colours can vary between screens.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
• We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a listing had an obvious pricing error.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees: 15–30 days within the United States and 30–45 days internationally, after 2–5 business days of processing. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping page.

5. Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are covered — see our Returns page for how to claim within 7 days of delivery. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual property

The Brand Vault name, logo and site content belong to us. Other trademarks that appear on the store belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
